Refund and Returns Policy
We value the satisfaction of our customers above all else. We understand that sometimes you want to cancel your order due to certain reasons. That’s why we have a transparent and straightforward return and refund policy in place.
Products purchased through Medic Avenue can be returned under the following conditions:
– The product received was in damaged or unusable condition.
– The product received is different from the product you ordered.
We don’t return products under these circumstances:-
– When any consumable product(s) has been used
– When a return request is placed outside the defined the time frame
– When the product is damaged or not in the same state that it was received by the customer.
– When the product has been meddled with or has missing serial numbers
– When anything from the delivered package is missing including price tags, original packing, freebies, accessories, etc.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is in good condition and meets the requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
If the product is damaged or does not meet the return policy requirements, we may not be able to issue a full refund. In this case, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, such as a partial refund or exchange.
Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please email us at well4healthcare@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
